When I think back on Cody & Chelsey's wedding day, it had all the makings of the quintessential Minnesota wedding:
BEAUTIFUL fall weather.
Ceremony in a small town.
Cars honking when they saw us taking pictures.
Families overjoyed for the bride and groom.
Emotional moments sprinkled throughout the day.
Reception at a locally owned golf course.
A harvest sunset.
And, of course, two people committing to spending the rest of their lives together.
It's that last one that always gets me. I don't take my job lightly, and I cherish being a part of these momentous occasions in people's lives. They committed to forever together; to find that kind of love, that is definitely something to celebrate.
In honor of their new adventure, if Cody and Chelsey get comments on this post from 50 different people in 24 hours, they will get a free 16x20 print. That's huge, people. Please help them out!
And don't forget to check back for more photos tomorrow!

Jenna and Jeff were super fun to work with.
When they told me they wanted to meet at Canal Park, my heart dropped a little. I like to be original, to do something I haven't seen before, and Canal Park didn't really fit that bill. But we met there anyways, as I also make it a priority to get my clients the shots they want.
So, imagine my surprise (and joy) when this was where we ended up:
There were no standard shots or locations in this session, which is fitting since this isn't your standard couple! They wanted different, and that's what we got. They are adventurous, enthusiastic, and creative, and that made for the perfect Duluth engagement session. Their Summer 2012 wedding is shaping up to be pretty spectacular, too.
Please leave a comment for them at the end of this post telling them what you think of their pics! If they get comments from 25 people in the next 24 hours, they get a FREE 11x14 print. Help them out!
