If you've been here before, you probably already know this. But, if you're new around here, we want to tell you how
much
we
LOVE
adoption.
We could go on and on about it. We have a lot of connections to adoption and orphan care, and love connecting with other like-minded people with a passion to care for kids who don't yet have families. Therefore, we love to do sessions with families who have adopted, and would also like to work with families awaiting adoptions.
But how do you show adoptions? It can be a tricky thing. We want to make sure the adopted child[ren] feels included, not singled out. Don't worry, this is where our experience and my Marriage and Family Therapy degree comes in handy- we got this!
Here are some things I've seen floating around the internet lately that might get you inspired for your adoption family photography session. Or, maybe you have some ideas of your own- we would love to hear them!

Anyone who has been involved with adoption knows how true this can be...

Those adoptive parents of little ones out there know all about why this can help with attachment. It's more subtle than the t-shirts, but it gets the point across.
